Grounds for keeping the register

We keep a register of all OSG Experiencia S.L. customers, subscribers to the newsletter via the osgexperiencia.com site, and those who have left the contact form through the osgexperiencia.com contact and job apply form.

Purpose of the register

The purpose of the register is to maintain the OSG Experiencia customer register for archiving and processing customer contacts and managing customer relationships. If necessary, the information can be used to develop OSG Experiencia S.L.’s operations, statistics and produce targeted content on our websites. Some customer registry information may in some cases be transferred to the partner’s servers due to technical requirements. The information is processed only to maintain the customer relationship of OSG Experiencia through technical interfaces.

OSG Experiencia has the right to publish the information contained in the customer register as an electronic or written list, unless the customer specifically denies it. For example, the list refers to mailing labels for direct mail. The Customer has the right to prohibit publication of the information by notifying OSG Experiencia’s customer service by email to anni.toivakainen@osgexperiencia.com or to the registrar.

Information contained in the register

The register contains the following information:
First and last name of the person
Email address

Contents of the contact form

Disclosure of information

Customer register information is available only to OSG Experiencia S.L., except for OSG Experiencia S.L.’s use of an external service provider to provide additional service or support credit decision. The information will not be disclosed to OSG Experiencia S.L. or for its own use, except in matters related to credit application, collection, or billing, and in the event of legal obligation. Personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union unless it is necessary to ensure the technical implementation of OSG Experiencia S.L. or its partner.

The personal data of the registered person will be destroyed at the request of the user, unless the law, open invoices or recovery measures prevent the data from being erased.
